My first visit was amazing. So I've been here almost for approximately 17 years now and I'm still happy. I feel very comfortable in the office. Mostly it's the friendliness of the employees but not just that. I get cold easy when I'm in a stationary position in the dental chair, and they were so sweet to me. They brought me a blanket, made sure I was warm and cozy.
And I really appreciate the way the warmth of the staff as well as how they treated me as a patient even though I didn't have a lot of money when I first came here. And my most current treatment was I had six crowns all through the front. I had been in several car accidents. I was in a head-in collision where I chipped a tooth. And the staff worked with me. All the folks I work with, it was like, "Wow, your smile is gorgeous." And that's just a testament to the artistry, the dentistry Dr. Phillips does here. So I don't mind driving from Baton Rouge to Lutcher. It's about a 50-minute drive, but it's so worth it.
